IFS Groups, Workshops & Learning
“I define connection as the energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued; when they can give and receive without judgment; and when they derive sustenance and strength from the relationship.”― Brené Brown
Coming Home Inside: An Experiential IFS Retreat

Designed for therapists, healers, helping professionals, and anyone interested in deepening their relationship with themselves, this half-day retreat offers an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and experience Internal Family Systems (IFS) from the inside out.

Through guided meditation, experiential exercises, reflection, community connection, and time in nature (weather permitting), you'll have the opportunity to deepen your relationship with your parts, access more Self-energy, and cultivate greater compassion for yourself and others.

Whether you're new to IFS or have been practicing for years, this retreat invites you to engage in your own inner work while learning through direct experience. These experiential retreats can be profoundly meaningful personally and are also a powerful way to deepen your understanding of IFS and bring it more fully into your work with clients.

Come join us for a morning of connection, reflection, and growth—in the company of others who value the journey inward.

Small IFS Group Consultation
These small, intimate consultation groups are designed for therapists, healers, and helpers who want to deepen their relationship with Internal Family Systems—not just conceptually, but experientially.

In groups of 3–4 participants, we create a space where all parts are welcome. Together, we slow down, turn inward, and practice IFS in a way that is felt and lived. This is not about getting it “right,” but about developing trust in your own system and in the process of Self-led connection.

You’ll have the opportunity to:
-
Explore your own parts with support and care
-
Practice IFS skills in an embodied, relational way
-
Witness and be witnessed in a small, attuned community
-
Deepen your confidence in bringing IFS into your clinical work
-

If you already have a couple of colleagues you’d like to be in a group with, you’re welcome to reach out together. And if you’re coming solo, I’m also happy to help thoughtfully connect you with other like-minded clinicians.
These groups are especially supportive for those who are IFS-trained (or IFS-curious) and long for a space to continue integrating the model beyond trainings—gently, authentically, and from the inside out.

An in person group coming soon!
If a part of you feels curious or drawn to these offerings, you’re warmly invited to share your interest through a simple form.

There’s no commitment—just a way to stay connected as these groups begin to take shape.

You’re also welcome to share preferences like days and times, which helps me create groups that truly work for those who join.
These offerings are growing organically, and your interest and feedback help shape what comes next.
