Welcome- I am so glad you are here.
Choosing a therapist is such a personal and meaningful decision. I hope this page gives you a glimpse into who I am and how I approach this work. Take your time exploring, and when you’re ready, I’d love to hear from you. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to new clients so we can connect and see if it feels like a good fit.
My therapy philosphy..
I believe that therapy can be a profound space of healing and reconnection, not only with others, but most importantly, with ourselves. My own journey with Internal Family Systems (IFS) has been both deeply personal and professionally transformative. IFS has offered me a way to meet the many parts of myself with compassion, curiosity, and respect — and it continues to shape how I move through my life, my relationships, and my work as a therapist.
Over the course of my 17+ years as a therapist, I have had the honor of walking alongside individuals as they navigate complex trauma, difficult life transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, ADHD and profound identity shifts — including the unique emotional landscape of perimenopause and menopause. My clinical foundation is rooted in trauma-informed care, and I bring warmth, depth, and attuned presence to my work with each person I meet.
IFS has become the heart of my practice because it allows for an authentic, empowering, and deeply respectful way of working with the inner world. I love helping clients develop a relationship with their parts that is grounded in compassion and Self-leadership — not as a quick fix, but as a sustainable, lifelong practice of inner connection. Over time, I’ve also become passionate about supporting other healers and therapists in learning and embodying the IFS model in a way that is both clinically sound and personally meaningful.
I bring my whole self to this work — the clinician, the human, the fellow traveler. My hope is that, in our work together, you feel safe to bring your full self too.
My IFS Background...
Over the course of my career, I’ve devoted myself to deepening my understanding and practice of Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy.
I have completed Level 1 training with Pam Krause, Level 2: Deepening and Expanding with Kay Gardener, and Level 3 training with Dick Schwartz, the founder of the IFS model.
In addition to these core trainings, I’ve pursued multiple intensive specialty workshops. Some examples include:
-
Treating Complex Trauma with IFS with Frank Anderson
-
Introduction to IFS, IFS and Trauma Recovery, and The Self as Therapist with Dick Schwartz
I’ve also had the privilege of serving as a Program Assistant for both Level 1 and Level 2 trainings—an experience that has allowed me to support other therapists in their learning while continuing to grow my own skills in community.
I am a Certified IFS Therapist and Endorsed IFS Supervisor, and most importantly, I have engaged in my own personal IFS therapy since 2016. This inner work has been profoundly transformative and continues to shape the way I live, relate, and guide others. I bring both formal training and a deeply embodied relationship with the model, and I am passionate about helping others connect to their inner worlds with curiosity, compassion, and clarity.
