Inner Wisdom IFS Therapy, LLC
Bethany Larson, LPC, Certified IFS Therapist
Where inner wisdom guides healing.

Welcome!
At Inner Wisdom IFS Therapy, I offer a compassionate, attuned space where every part of you is welcome. My work is rooted in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, which honors the innate wisdom and healing capacity that already lives within you. Together, we gently explore your inner world—helping you connect with your Self, understand and care for your parts, and move toward deeper clarity, confidence, and wholeness.
In addition to supporting individuals on their personal healing journeys, I love working with therapists, healers, and helping professionals. Many come to deepen their understanding of their own inner systems, to reconnect with Self-energy in their work, or to integrate the IFS model more fully into their personal and professional lives. I bring both clinical depth and experiential attunement to this process, creating a space that is both educational and transformational.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, painful past memories, trauma, grief and loss, relationship challenges, or seeking to reconnect with your authentic Self, therapy here is collaborative and paced with care. I believe healing unfolds most deeply when we feel safe, understood, and connected. Through this process, you can discover new ways of relating to yourself and others, cultivate inner steadiness, and access the wisdom that has always been yours.

Bethany Larson, LPC
Through the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, I help you gently explore what’s happening inside—so you can feel more ease, confidence, and clarity in your life. Whether in one-on-one sessions or group work, we focus on your healing, at your own pace.
What is IFS Therapy?
IFS is a way of getting to know the different “parts” of you—like the ones that protect, worry, or carry pain. It helps you slow down and listen with kindness instead of judgment. Over time, you’ll start to feel more connected to your true Self, the calm and steady center that’s always there.
